ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁର,୦୪/୯ : ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁର ସୋମବାର ଦିନ ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁର ବିଶ୍ଵବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଗସ୍ଥରେ ୬ ଜଣିଆ ବିଶ୍ଵ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏକ ଟିମ୍ ଆସି ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରିଛି । ଉକ୍ତ ଟିମ୍ ରେ ଡେନିସ୍ ନିକୋଲାଭ, ସଂଗୀତା ପୋଲୋ, ସଂଗୀତା ଦେ, ପପିଆ ଭଟ୍ଟାଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ, ରାଜୀବ ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲ , ମୋନିକା ଚାୱଲା ପ୍ରମୁଖ ବିଶ୍ଵବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପରିସର ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରିଥିଲେ । ବିଶ୍ଵ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ତରଫରୁ ମିଳିଥିବା ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ଅର୍ଥ ର ସଫଳ ବିନିଯୋଗ ଏବଂ ବଳକା ରହି ଯାଇଥିବା ଅର୍ଥ ର ବିଶେଷ ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ କରିଥିଲେ
ଉକ୍ତ ଟିମ୍ ସହିତ କୁଳପତି ଙ୍କ ସମେତ କୁଳ ସଚିବ, ପିଜି ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ, ଉପ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରକ , ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ମାନେ ପରିଦର୍ଶନ ସମୟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହି ସହଯୋଗ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ବିଶ୍ଵ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ରେ ଥିବା କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଯାନ୍ତ୍ରିକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କୁ ଯାଇ ସେଠାରେ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଭାବରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ , ସାରିଥିବା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଏବଂ ଚାଲୁ ରହିଥିବା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଉପରେ ପୁଙ୍ଖାନୁ ପୁଙ୍ଖ ଭାବେ ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏବଂ ଗବେଷଣା ବ୍ୟବହାର ରେ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅର୍ଥ ରାଶି ବାବଦରେ ସବିଶେଷ ତଥ୍ୟ ପ୍ରମାଣକୁ ପଚାରି ବୁଝିଥିଲେ ।
ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ରେ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ଓ ଗଣ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ ବିଭାଗ ର ନୁନତ କୋଠା , ଏବଂ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରକ ବିଭାଗ ର ନୂଆ କୋଠାକୁ ଗସ୍ଥ କରି ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅର୍ଥ ରାଶିର ସଠିକ୍ ପରିଚାଳନା ଏବଂ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ର ରିପୋର୍ଟ୍ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିଥିଲେ ।
World Bank Team Evaluates Fund Allocation at Berhampur University
Berhampur, September 4, 2023 – A team from the World Bank, consisting of Denis Nikolaev, Sr. Education Specialist, Sangeeta Goyal, Papia Bhatacharji, Rajive Aggrawal, Sangeeta Dey, and Monika Chawla, undertook a comprehensive evaluation of fund utilization at Berhampur University.
They received a warm welcome from Berhampur University’s Vice Chancellor, PG Council Chairman, and other key university representatives. The visit commenced with a formal introduction session.
Following the introductions, Prof. Sukant Kumar Tripathy and Prof. Jogeswar Panigrahi presented significant achievements within the Center of Excellence. They showcased ongoing projects, highlighted applied patents, and provided an overview of the utilization of World Bank funds to support these works. The team then conducted a comprehensive tour of the Central Instrumentation Centre laboratories.
Thereafter, Prof. Sudhakar Patro, Director of the Office of Higher Education and Professional Education (OHEPEE), delivered a detailed breakdown of the allocation and expenditure of World Bank funds.
Later, the team visited the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, the Extension Block of Marine Science Department, and the New Examination Block, concluding their visit.
